Return Policy

Because we provide live, in-person and live-streamed coaching services rather than physical goods, our Return Policy focuses on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. We aim to be flexible and fair so that our clients can plan their team activities with confidence.

1. Cancellation of a single session

Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to forty-eight hours before the planned start time. Cancellations received within forty-eight hours of the session may be subject to a partial fee to cover the coach’s reserved time. We are happy to apply such fees as credit toward a future session whenever possible.

2. Cancellation of a monthly plan

Monthly plans may be cancelled with one calendar month’s notice. The plan will remain active until the end of the notice period, and no further fees will be charged after that date. Unused sessions within the current month can usually be rescheduled or replaced with hybrid streamed sessions, where practical.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is due, we typically process it within fourteen business days, using the same payment method that was originally used. In some cases we may offer credit toward future sessions instead of a refund, with your agreement.

4. Plan changes

Clients may move between our plans at any time. Changes that take effect during the current billing month are pro-rated. Our coordinator will explain the adjusted invoice clearly so there are no surprises.

5. Force majeure

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as severe weather, public-transport disruption, or government-imposed restrictions — prevent a session from going ahead, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no extra cost or, where preferred, stream the session live to your team.

6. Digital materials

If we share recorded session materials or written guidance as part of a plan, those materials are made available for the team’s internal use. Because digital materials cannot be returned in the traditional sense, refunds for them are considered only if you have not yet accessed or downloaded them.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund, please contact us via our contact page or call us on +49 89 5404 5500. Please include your plan name, the session date you are referring to, and any relevant details so we can act quickly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with a revised date at the top. Bookings made before a change will be handled under the terms in force at the time of booking, where this is more favourable to the client.
